Frequently scan-to destinations can be added as one-touch shortcuts to the large 9.3cm touchscreen making scanning lots of documents quick and easy. Time can also be saved by scanning documents without using a PC directly to a network or USB stick.
Offering network features with no need to install software at multiple locations, the ADS-2800W scans documents that can be shared easily across teams, departments and remote offices with documents instantly sent to a network location, SharePoint®, USB or OCR software.
For added security a 4-digit PIN-code can be added to only allow specific users to scan-to certain destinations.
