Description

The Flash Professional is a highly concentrated cleaner that is formulated for dilution with the dispensing equipment of the Flash Professional Cleaning System. The Flash C5 Cleaner Sanitiser is a highly concentrated detergent and disinfectant for all food contact surfaces in food premises. It cleans and disinfects in one go, with a 15 second contact time (tested against EN1276, in dirty conditions). The food-safe formula uses a Quaternary Ammonium compounds to kill harmful bacteria. It has been tested against both EN1276 and EN13697 and proven effective against a range of bacteria. Under recommended conditions of use, C5 is suitable for use on all materials commonly encountered in the kitchen. The C5 is a non-tainting formula and suitable for use on food-preparation surfaces.
